HR & IT project management
Project management is at the heart of organizational transformation processes. These are often initiatives that will have a significant impact on teams, when they don't already impact the technical implementation upstream... and cause it to fail, often because the human aspect wasn't sufficiently taken into account at the right time.
So, as part of my work as a change specialist and certified Scrum master, one of the possible actions is to temporarily support the HR and/or IT project team, or even take charge of an entire initiative or workstream, to alleviate the pressure.
Change management
Change management in business has been in vogue for several years, facilitating complex transformations within organizations. Within a PMO or in satellite mode, the "change manager" is invaluable alongside project managers and human resources, whom they support in a versatile and agile manner.
With its specific methodologies, built in particular around current best practices and the sociology of organizations, it lists current or future changes, monitors them with a close eye on data and human aspects, carries out analyses and studies, communicates and alerts when necessary, coaches, facilitates and leads training or workshops.
It's a bit like the Swiss Army knife of change... And if this analogy offends your sensibilities, think of it as the acupuncturist of the organizational system: it acquires an overview, identifies points of tension, refines if necessary via a quick study, then acts with precision so that the energy circulates smoothly again, taking care of the homeostasis of the entire organism.
Whether your organization is about to embark on a new direction or is already tossed about on the high seas, I offer to be there to support you during your transformation process, with an offer that adapts to your evolving needs.
Corporate Acupuncturist
I see myself as a corporate acupuncturist. Just as acupuncture stimulates strategic points to restore balance in the body, I identify blockages, underutilized areas, and growth levers within a company to improve its alignment and performance.
I intervene in a targeted manner, asking the right questions and applying precise strategies to reactivate the natural flow of growth, visibility, and impact. My approach is based on listening closely to the deep needs of the entrepreneur and their project, and on activating existing but sometimes underestimated resources.
The objective?
Streamline the company's operations, strengthen its attractiveness and help it find its own balance to attract customers naturally and effectively.
Workshop facilitation
One of the relevant ways of integrating humans throughout a transformation process is to set up spaces for discussion, collective life and empowerment .
For many years, I've integrated facilitating workshops, multimodal training sessions, and social outreach activities into my project management. I need to take the pulse of the teams involved (and impacted) as much as I need to benefit from their contributions, maintaining a positive atmosphere as much as possible over the long term. The return on investment can be colossal at a low cost.
Some workshop ideas to consider:
• Brainstorming sessions
• Workshops, intended for project stakeholders
• Training dedicated to change ambassadors, delegated trainers and/or users
• Team-building
• Weekly/monthly “Let’s Talk About Change” cafes
• Empowerment and support sessions, with the Mastermind or Adaptive Governance method
• Team coaching
• Philosophical dialogue sessions, to discuss a specific theme and broaden one's perspective
• Expressive workshops *
It will be a matter of finding the right formula to support your project and your teams.
