Hello, I'm Carla-Elisa

My life is an atypical adventure and change has been a drumbeat that I have heard regularly since I was very young. It has led me to love complexity (IT), people (HR), cultural differences as well as living in various countries and learning several languages that I speak fluently (French, English, German, Portuguese).

After studying business, I began my career in accounting (1996-1998), before moving into stock market trading (1998-2002) and IT project management (2003-2017) then HR (2015-…). For more than 20 years, I managed all or part of complex projects within large Swiss and foreign companies, with various methodologies [PMP, Hermes, Scrum, Prince2], managed teams and activities for which I had not really been trained beforehand, committing myself unfailingly to learning off-the-job and achieving objectives.

I entered the world of project management through the back door thanks to my ability to juggle complexity to make it malleable. I particularly enjoyed collecting millions of data, questioning them to simulate various options before a negotiation, harmonizing them before migrating to a new system, creating stories and test scenarios, mapping interfaces, auditing and monitoring them via KPI methods and cockpits that I set up.

Since 2015, the human dimension has taken a more important place in my professional life. From 2015 to 2018, I was an HR specialist and HR-IS project manager [SAP Successfactors, HCM, PeopleSoft, etc.] and it was a joy on a daily basis. After obtaining my federal HR certificate, life invited me to reposition myself and I chose to develop my support skills through training and a diversified practice in coaching, adult training and change management [Prosci, ADKAR]. Even before reading massively on change management and agile governance, I was already applying some of these methods intuitively.

So for sure, change management is my holy grail, the heart of my professional DNA and my motivation when I get up in the morning. This is what I want to continue practicing in the coming years and I will be delighted to help you throughout your transformation process, alongside your IT and HR team.
